About Me

I’m Dr. Sequoyah Cottoms, an educator, restorative justice practitioner, and consultant with over a decade of experience in K–12 schools. My work centers healing, accountability, and belonging — because every school community deserves to feel whole.

 I partner with educators and leaders to build restorative, equity-rooted spaces where growth and connection come first. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a background in teaching, student affairs, and equity leadership, I bring both expertise and heart to every space I serve.
